2023 Christmas Newsletter January started with life in Kelowna mostly back to normal, Anne playing bridge with her group and I enjoying Senior Curling during weekdays and snowmobiling on the weekends. In February travelled to Palm Springs and San Diego for a winter break and a visit with friends. I was able to fly (passenger) in a WWII P51 Mustang for 40 minutes. A total once in a lifetime experience! After a week back in Ktown it was off to Yellowknife for a visit with Lisa and family during their Spring Break. Bill also drove from Edmonton for our short family reunion. All too soon it was back home to Kelowna, On the May long weekend we joined Owen in Edmonton for a basketball tournament which his team took Bronze 😃. We had planned to continue on a AB/SK tour but the AB wildfire smoke forced us back to Kelowna. We enjoyed good "smoke free" weather and took in car and airshows until the middle of August when local wildfires "
